This Privacy Policy is intended to explain the practices of Binyamin Gallery (hereinafter: “the Gallery”) and how it uses information provided by users of the website or collected during use of the website.

By using the website, you confirm that you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The Gallery makes every effort to secure the information it holds. It follows industry-standard procedures and technologies in the field of information security. However, the Gallery cannot guarantee absolute immunity of the information, whether stored in its database or on servers of service providers, from unauthorized access, malfunction, breach, or disclosure due to circumstances beyond its control.

Right to Access and Correct Information

According to the Protection of Privacy Law, any individual may review their personal information in the database, either themselves or through an authorized representative. The Gallery bears no liability for any damage, loss, or harm arising from or related to use of the website. Without limiting the above, the Gallery shall not be liable for disclosure of information you provided due to unlawful access to the website’s or company’s computer systems.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

The exclusive jurisdiction for any matter or dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall lie with the courts of Tel Aviv, and the applicable law shall be the laws of the State of Israel
